I was curious when I was a kid, but I feel like I got less curious as I got older. Then, in my 20's, I heard "If you want to be interesting, be interested," (think this is from Dale Carnegie) which gave me permission to ask questions. I was always told that I asked too many questions when I was a kid.

So now I feel no compunction about asking questions and if I'm bored, questions always come to mind for me to think about.
