Well said. I guess I was more curious about *why* we'd want to be perfect in the first place. I Because I don't want to do something for the sake of doing something. e.g. I don't believe in striving for perfection just for the sake of it.
I suppose striving for perfection for the sake of others could (in some contexts) be a practical delusion?
